30-Day Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products (unless faulty).
• Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Home Gadgets UK will cover the return shipping costs.
